Cooking with Sara: Baked Coconut Shrimp


It's Friday Thursday, and that means it's my day to cook for the food blog!  We went through a bit of a re-org over at the Blah blog, so I'm now the Thursday girl.  Please do come visit me on my new day!  { bats eyelashes }

This week, I made Baked Coconut Shrimp - easy, yummy, rich, and does not require a speck of oil.  We both loved them!  I think they'd shine as an appetizer; they're a little too rich for a main course.  I think I'll make them the next time people come over for dinner.  Any volunteers? :)

  1. I gotta get a job where I get to dress up all cute like - it would do wonders for my cooking I think! :) Going to try this recipe out next week when I get some more shrimp - I need to get a bigger size we usually get really small shrimp - not sure why.
