Cooking with Sara: Quinoa Keen-What?

Quinoa.  Know it.  Love it.  Serve it with black beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, cilantro, and cumin.  Yummmm....

May I present to you:  Quinoa with Black Beans!


I'm seriously the luckiest when it comes to trying out new recipes.  Bo eats 99.3% of everything I make.  Including the weird gluten-free quinoa.  Including the ranch dressing made with almond milk.  Including the vegan ice cream (fabulous recipe coming next week!). 

But trust me on this one.  It's yummy for - and in - your tummy.  And sinfully easy to make.
